Friend Forecast

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 21, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Friend Forecast (the "Service"), operated by Sidekickflow ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Friend Forecast lets you form a small private group (a "pod") with people you choose, answer a short check-in on a schedule your pod sets, and read your pod's answers together once everyone who wants to take part has answered and the pod's answers are revealed.

Access is by invite code only. The Service is not a public social network: there's no public profile, no discoverable feed, and no algorithm deciding what you see.

2. Eligibility and Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for anything that happens under your account.

Sign-in works by sending a one-time code to your email address — there's no separate password. Keep access to that inbox secure, since anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

3. Your Content

Your check-in answers, and anything else you write in the Service, belong to you. By submitting an answer, you're choosing to share it with your pod under the access rules described in our Privacy Policy: it becomes visible to a pod member only after that member has submitted their own answer for the same cycle, and only once the pod's answers have been revealed.

You may separately choose to send your own answer to someone outside your pod using the Service's sharing feature. That's a deliberate choice you make about your own words — never something we do on your behalf, and never an exposure of the pod's collective answers.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't use the Service to harass, impersonate, or harm anyone; to access a pod you weren't invited into; to scrape, bulk-export, or resell other members' answers; or to use the sharing feature to send unsolicited email at scale.

We may suspend or remove access for conduct that violates these Terms or puts other members at risk.

5. Pods and Other Members

A pod is a private space, and the people in it choose who else gets invited. We aren't a party to what members write to each other beyond enforcing these Terms, and pod admins are responsible for who they invite.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, and we may discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time.

Terms that by their nature should survive — like limitation of liability — continue to apply after your access ends.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sidekickflow won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for content that other members of your pod write or share.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and, where practical, let you know.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Mexico City (CDMX), Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
